Indianapolis Meet and Greet

If you happen to be in Indianapolis, IN on Wednesday, June 18th, Lisa Salberg, CEO and Founder of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA), will be hosting a "Meet and Greet"  6:30 - 8:30 PM ET.  There is no charge to register, and a light dinner menu and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.  ** Space is limited, so we ask all to register by June 16th for proper headcount and to ensure enough space is reserved.  We are looking forward to seeing you in person!
