Join us on October 10th in Morristown, NJ, for the annual HCMA Patient Meeting. This is your opportunity to step into a room full of people who truly understand your journey, alongside the medical experts leading the charge in HCM care.

The Weekend Schedule:

• Saturday, Oct 10th (Meeting): Full day of expert-led education and patient support sessions (8:30 am - 4:30 pm).

• Saturday, Oct 10th (Reception): Relax, mingle, and celebrate with the community (6:30 pm - 9:30 pm).

• Sunday, Oct 11th (5K): Join us the morning after for an inspiring 5K walk/run!

About the HCMA: The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA) provides support, advocacy, and education to patients, families, the medical community, and the public about HCM and all thick heart muscle disorders. We are dedicated to supporting research, fostering the development of treatments, and providing legislative and patient advocacy services.
